Return & Refund Policy
Refunds
Once your device/product is received and inspected in store, we will send you an email or text to notify you that of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed automatically and be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or alternatively, as an In-Store credit. Please note refunds can take anywhere between 7-10 business days to show in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If 10 business days have passed & you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at {accounts@kiphone.com.au}.
Sale items
 Sale items are not refundable. Refunds will only be given on devices/products purchased at full price.
Exchanges
 Devices/products will only be accepted for exchange in the event they are defective/damaged from manufacture. Items must be returned in original packaging & within 14 days from purchase to be eligible for exchange.
If you need to exchange an item, visit us in store or alternatively send us an email at admin@kiphone.com.au and post your item to: KIPHONE, SHOP SP038, 16 SHARPE AVENUE, KARRATHA CITY SHOPPING CENTRE, WA 6714.
Gifts
 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift store credit for the value of your return. Once returned item is received, a store credit will be added to your account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will organise your return.
Shipping returns
To return devices/products, please mail to: KIPHONE, SHOP SP038, 16 SHARPE AVENUE, KARRATHA CITY SHOPPING CENTRE, WA 6714. (Registered/Express Post is preferred for tracking purposes.)
 You are liable for paying for your own shipping costs for items being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your device/product to reach you, may vary & is not at the responsibility of KIPHONE.
 If you are returning expensive items, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service & purchasing shipping insurance. For items not sent with the ability to be tracked, will not be at KIPHONE’s expense/accountability, should the item not be received by us.
