General Description

The Quad Lock MAG Wireless Charging Pad provides convenient, cable-free charging for compatible smartphones and wireless accessories at home or in the office. Its integrated magnetic alignment securely positions compatible Quad Lock MAG and MagSafe® devices over the charging coil, helping deliver reliable charging while allowing easy one-handed removal.

A weighted anodised-aluminium base and reusable nano-suction surface help keep the pad firmly positioned on a desk, bedside table or counter. The integrated ambient-light sensor automatically reduces the indicator lighting in dark rooms, making it suitable for overnight charging.

With wireless output options of 5W, 7.5W, 10W and up to 15W, charging performance is automatically adjusted according to the connected device and power source.

Additional Information

Magnetic Alignment

Integrated magnets help position compatible Quad Lock MAG and MagSafe® devices correctly over the charging coil. Proper alignment supports a more consistent charging connection and helps prevent the phone from being accidentally knocked out of position.

Non-magnetic Qi-compatible devices may still charge when manually centred on the pad, but they will not benefit from magnetic attachment.

Fast Wireless Charging

The charging pad supports 5W, 7.5W, 10W and 15W output modes. The actual charging rate is controlled by the connected device and may be affected by:

If adhesion becomes weak, clean the nano-suction surface according to the manufacturer’s instructions and allow it to dry before repositioning.

Automatic Night Mode

An integrated ambient-light sensor detects dark surroundings and automatically turns off or reduces the visible LED lighting. This prevents the charging indicator from becoming distracting when the pad is used beside a bed.

Setup Instructions

1. Place the charging pad on a clean, smooth and dry surface.
2. Remove the protective film from the nano-suction base, if fitted.
3. Press the pad firmly onto the selected surface.
4. Connect the supplied USB-C plug to the charging pad.
5. Connect the USB-A end to a suitable power adaptor.
6. Place the compatible phone or accessory in the centre of the pad.
7. Confirm that the charging indicator appears on the device.

• Use indoors in a dry environment
• Keep the pad and cable away from water and excessive moisture
• Do not place metal objects, bank cards or magnetic keys between the phone and charger
• Remove thick or incompatible cases if charging is interrupted
• Avoid covering the charger or phone during use
• Keep away from direct sunlight and high-temperature locations
• Some warmth during wireless charging is normal
• Stop using the charger if the cable or housing becomes damaged
